Russell has nearly twenty years of diversified professional experience in tax and accounting. His areas of focus include construction accounting and taxation, real estate services, small business tax planning, international taxation, and representation of taxpayers before federal and state administrative agencies including IRS representation and negotiation.  In addition, Russell has extensive experience with various advisory roles and several accounting and tax software programs.

Russell brings valuable experience from his tenures at a National Big Four CPA firm, as well as a large local firm before co-founding KGLC. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Russell is married, has three children and in his spare time, Russell enjoys bicycling, running and learning to play golf.

Kyle has more than twenty five years of experience helping small business owners navigate the complex U.S. tax system and understanding the financial aspects of their companies. His areas of expertise include small business tax and accounting, real estate services, auto dealership taxation for investors, business startup advice, and IRS representation and negotiation. In addition, Kyle plays an integral role in helping businesses plan with an eye toward measured growth and success. He provides comprehensive advice to clients on proper choice of entity, cost capitalization and cash flow analysis for overall profitability enhancement while focusing on utilizing the most tax efficient structure as a means of reducing a company’s overall tax burden. Kyle has a Bachelors' degree in Accounting, as well as a Masters in Taxation. 

Steve is a Principal in the Tax Department, and his areas of expertise include corporate/small business, with an emphasis on S-Corporation, LLP’s & LLC’s, IRS representation & negotiations, estates, trusts & gift taxes, retirement and compensation planning. Steve graduated in 1969 from Ohio University (Athens, OH) with his BBA in Accounting and received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH) in 1972. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Bar Association. Steve has been a member of the planning committee for the Florida Institute on Federal Taxation since 1999 and has served as chairman twice. He is a founder of Congregation Bet Chaim and has served in various board positions, including serving as President twice. He is also a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Board for Hospice of the Comforter. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren and traveling both in the U.S. and Europe.

Jack has more than 35 years of experience in assisting small businesses and individuals with accounting, tax and financial planning issues. He is a founder, and former managing partner, of the firm Leach, Cohn & Company that merged with Kelley & Goldberg in 2003 to form KGLC. He has taken a semi-retired position with the firm, currently acting as consultant and tax preparer to individual clients.

Jack is married to Deanna and they have four children. In his spare time he loves spending time with his three grandkids, traveling and extended motor home trips across the USA.

Donna is an Accounting & Audit Manager and has over twenty years of experience in accounting and auditing, taxes and other client services. Her main area of focus lies in performing and supervising audits and reviews for a wide range of entities, including insurance companies. In addition, she has advanced experience with QuickBooks, Peachtree and various other accounting and tax software. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Donna earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida.  

Robert is a manager in the Tax Department and has over twenty years of experience in accounting, Peachtree, restaurants, construction, commercial rentals and professional services such, as legal experience. Robert also has experience in state and local taxes, as well as consolidation accounting, compilations and payroll. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In his spare time, Robert enjoys collecting coins, cooking, and anything related to Sci-Fi.

Jessica has over 9 years experience in accounting, auditing, taxes and other client services. In addition, she has had significant experience with closely held business and family business consulting, and providing attest and tax services to clients in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, as well as non-profit and government entities. Jessica recently transferred from Ohio, where she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and she is currently working toward obtaining her license for the State of Florida. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and American Society of Woman Accountants. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Akron, in Ohio.

Jessica has been happily married for eight years and has four feisty felines. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, boating, fishing, camping, gardening, crafting, reading and bowling. She is also an avid Cleveland Cavilers basketball fan.

Ed, a licensed CPA in both Florida and Massachusetts since 1963, owned and managed his own CPA practice in Orlando until merging with Kelley & Goldberg in 2000. He focuses on tax and accounting for both Small Business and Individuals with emphasis on special one on one consulting.

Ed has experience as a Corporate Controller in the lodging and hospitality industries, and brings a unique blend of corporate and public accounting knowledge to the Firm. Ed has been named as a Court Appointed Receiver for a number of distressed hotel and real estate properties in the Central Florida area. 

Ed is a graduate of Northeastern University located in Boston, Massachusetts where he graduated with a Bachelors’ of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting & Tax. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting.

He lives with his wife in the Tampa Bay area and enjoys spending his spare time with family and friends.

Jonathan Buhring - Staff

Jonathan joined KGLC in February of 2007. His areas of expertise include tax, bookkeeping and QuickBooks advisory. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Jonathan is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching wrestling, working with Habitat for Humanity, wakeboarding and watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Nicole Colamarino - Staff

Nicole Colamarino has worked in public accounting for over ten years. Her specific areas of focus are compilation, corporate and individual tax, IRS and state representation and auditing. Having a detail-oriented personality, she has also been involved with various information system projects and is experienced with QuickBooks and Excel. Nicole is not your typical accountant; she enjoys participating in theater productions at her church, bead and wire jewelry making and a variety of dancing. She is a wife, mother and YaYa.

Garla Kelley - Staff

Garla has been with KGLC since it’s inception in 1993 and has helped the firm grow in many areas through the years. Garla performs tasks including administration in payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources and office management. In addition, she has experience in bookkeeping, and focuses now on payroll compliance for our clients. Garla enjoys spending time with her three children, volunteering, scrapbooking and spending time in her yard.
